METHOD
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Lightly oil a baking tray.
- Chop the potato into wedges, and put onto the tray.
- Season the wedges.
- Cook in the oven for 1 hour, until they are soft and golden. This may not take an hour in your oven, as ours is a little bit pants.
